1. Should I buy the CD or the Pre-Printed Brochures?
They both have their benefits. The brochures are more colorful and eye-catching, making a great lobby display. The upfront investment is much smaller. If you only do a few injections, this may be best for you. If you have a larger clinic or a pain physician that does a large variety of spinal injections, the CD may be your best bet. It is more cost-effective in the long run because you won’t have to buy brochures several times per year. Some clinics buy both.
2. Can I mix and match the printed brochures at the new lower price?
Yes.
3. Can I customize the text on the OEA CD?
The text can be customized once purchased from OEA, however; OEA must do all the changes. The PDFs are locked and therefore all changes must be performed by OEA. Text customization costs $100/hour. Most small changes can be done in 1-3 hours. Contact Esteban if you have questions. esteban@oeabrochures.com
4. How much is one single PDF (i.e. Lumbar Transforaminal ESI?)
A single PDF (for a single physician practice) is $300. If you are a single physician practice and you only do epidurals, this may be the only information sheet you need for now.
5. How much is just the Lumbar Series?
The lumbar series (for a single physician practice) costs $1000. It consists of 7 information sheets (Lumbar Facet Injection, Lumbar Medial Branch Block, Lumbar Radiofrequency Ablation, Lumbar ESI caudal, Lumbar ESI Interlaminar, Lumbar ESI Transforaminal, and Lumbar ESI Interlaminar.)
6. I don’t do thoracic injections, should I still buy the full CD?
It may be cheaper to just buy the lumbar and cervical series and if you start doing thoracic injections in the future, you can upgrade your CD to add the thoracic series.
7. Can I put the information sheets on my website?
Yes, OEA asks that you just put a link the OEA website on that part of your webpage. If you need a smaller version of the PDFs for quicker down loads OEA can decrease the files size of each brochure for $100.
8. Are the pre-printed brochures customizable?
Yes, but customization of the printed brochures is not easy to do, therefore they need to be purchased in large quantities. For an additional set-up fee we can order customized brochures in quantities of 2500 or more per procedure. Contact Esteban for pricing. esteban@oeabrochures.com
9. What if I add a new doctor to my practice once I’ve purchased a CD?
You just need to pay for the next level of CD (one physician practice to two is an extra $1500, two to three is $1000, four to five is $500.
10. What if one of our doctors leaves the practice?
If you would like to have OEA take a name off of you business card at the bottom of each of your information sheets it costs $100 for one hour of work.
11. What printer should I use for printing the information sheets?
Any color laser printer should work well. I have used a Konika-Minolta and a Dell with great results. They have come down in price significantly. Contact Esteban if you have more specific questions about printers.
12. Is shipping charged for the brochures or the CD?
No. OEA pays for normal shipping. If you need anything on Rush Order (Fed Ex) those charges will be applied to your bill. Please let your representative know if you need a Rush Order.
13. Are there updates to the CD?
OEA is always working on new brochures. We are currently working on C0-1 injection, C1-2 injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulators, trigger point injections, stellate ganglion blocks, and a large print format. We are also working on translating the text into several languages. A rep will try to email or call you to ask if you are interested in the updates. They will be about $100 -300 for the new material. If you have not heard from us and you are interested in the latest update, please contact Esteban.
14. Do you have the information sheets in Spanish?
We do. It is only a $500 upgrade once you buy the CD in English. We use a professional translation company to do all of our translations. Please understand different languages may have several dialects and may not be specific to your region.
15. Do you have the pre-printed brochures in any other language?
Not at this time. If there is enough interest in the future, this may be an option.
16. What if I want the information sheets in a language that is not listed?
Contact Esteban regarding translation in other languages. Since we use a professional translation company, it costs us a lot of money to translate to a new language. We are happy to do so, but we require payment upfront.
17. I called to order brochures and the person that answered the phone said it was Modern Physical Therapy.
Modern Physical Therapy is my physical therapy clinic. Just ask for Laura, Laurel, or Esteban.
18. I emailed for more information and haven’t heard back?
With all the spam and email filters, sometimes legitimate emails don’t get through. If you haven’t heard back from us within a week try Esteban’s other work email esteban@modernpt.com or call Modern PT (816) 468-5278.
19. I don’t use IVs before injections, can I have that portion left out of my information sheets?
Yes, this can be removed. If you let Esteban know this prior to creating your custom CD, it does not cost extra. Once you have the CD it costs an extra $100 (one hour of time.)
20. Can I buy a one-physician CD but have no names listed on the business card?
No. If a single physician CD is purchased, one name must be listed on the business card. Two names for a two-physician CD. Three names for a three-physician CD, and so on. For practices greater than 7 physicians, a business card with the clinic program with no names will be created (so the card is not too cluttered with names.) If you have less than 7 physicians but want the blank card, you must pay for the 7+ physician price.
